The Elite Seeds Trading House is engaged in organic farming on 2.4 thousand hectares. The company has a 20-year history behind it. TD Elite Seeds has been certified as an organic agricultural enterprise by Bio Inspecta. This organization verifies and certifies organic products in accordance with the Swiss Organic Farming Ordinance, EC organic farming legislation and Bio Suisse guidelines. Thus, 2.66 thousand hectares of the land bank of this trading house were certified for compliance with standards equivalent to EC-834/2007 and 1235/2008 regulations. Another 140 hectares are in transition. On organic land, TD Elite Seeds grows wheat, corn, sunflowers, soybeans, beans, rapeseed, pumpkin and barley. The agricultural enterprise exports organic products to Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Korea.
