At the beginning of November, agricultural producers of the Kharkiv region harvested 4.76 million tons of grain, cereals and legumes, the average crop yield is 4.66 t/ha.

As noted in the regional Department of APD, in terms of gross production of grain crops, the Kharkiv region takes 2nd place among the regions of Ukraine.

The harvest of cereal crops was completed, including buckwheat, 6.9 thousand tons were harvested, with an average yield of 1.21 t/ha; millet threshed 19.7 thousand tons, the yield is 2.29 t/ha.

In the region, corn for grain was harvested on 90% of the area, 1222.4 thousand tons were threshed (this is the 6th indicator in Ukraine), the average yield was 4.73 t/ha.

Collection completed:

• soybeans harvested 36.7 thousand tons with an average yield of 1.62 t/ha;
• sunflowers harvested 1287.4 thousand tons (this is the 2nd indicator in Ukraine) with an average yield of 2.28 t/ha.

The harvesting of sugar beet is coming to an end, 98% of the area (5.6 thousand hectares) has been dug, 209.7 thousand tons have been dug up with a yield of 37.18 t/ha.
