Export prices for sunflower oil have increased in Ukraine
During September of this year, an increase in the price of unrefined sunflower oil was noted on the export market of Ukraine.
Analysts of APK-Inform reported about it.
“Prices were supported by a limited number of product offers. Market operators explained this situation by difficulties with the formation of a raw material base for processing in conditions of low activity of sunflower seed supply from agricultural producers, which was facilitated by the delay in harvesting this crop under adverse weather conditions, ”the statement says.
It is also noted that over the past month, the offer prices for unrefined sunflower oil increased by USD 30-60 / t and, as of September 30, often amounted to USD 1330-1360 / t FOB (delivery in October-November).
As noted earlier, Ukraine will harvest at least 1 million tons of high oleic sunflower.
