- Andrey Shipilov - Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, Akzo Nobel for Strategic Management, Co-Director of INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy;
- Enrico Diecidue is Professor of Decision Science at INSEAD and others.

The sessions are structured in such a way as to better understand global trends and trends in the agrifood sector, as well as learn how to make effective decisions in the modern world of VUCA in an environment of instability and rapid change.
The program consists of 3 days of offline learning (INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France) and 2 days of online learning on leadership, strategy, innovation and sustainability. Training will be held in two languages - English and Russian - with translation.
