The State Geocadastre of Ukraine has revealed cases of illegal occupation of land plots by farmers

Two new cases of illegal occupation of land plots for various purposes for growing crops were recorded by inspectors of the Department for Control over the Use and Protection of Lands of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine.
“In Poltava oblast, during the state control over observance of land legislation, unauthorized occupation of a 1.2478 ha plot of land located within the coastal protection strip along the Psel River by mechanical cultivation and sowing of agricultural crops was revealed, which violated the requirements of Articles 61 and 125 of the Land Code. Code of Ukraine", - reported in the press service of the State Geocadastre.
Also in the Odessa region on the territory of SE "Odessa forestry" unauthorized occupation of the land plot containing signs of a criminal offense is revealed. The 3.1-hectare plot of land is sown with agricultural crops. Preliminarily estimated damages caused by this offense, in 115527.7 UAH.
