The state budget of Ukraine for 2022 for the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine provides UAH 8 billion + UAH 301 million in the 2021 plan. This is stated in the released document.

In particular, UAH 4.6 billion is provided for the support of farmers. We are talking about expenses for such needs:

• Reimbursement of the cost of agricultural machinery;
• Reducing the cost of loans and insurance payments;
• Development of animal husbandry, plant growing, horticulture, viticulture and hop growing;
• Irrigation subsidy for 1200 agricultural producers.

Also, UAH 715 million is provided for land reform.

In particular, it is proposed to send:

• to create and update topographic maps and plans of 565.9 thousand square meters. km it is proposed to send UAH 329 million;
• for the inventory of 1.7 million hectares of state land - 220 million UAH;
• for the development of reclamation complexes, the maintenance of water management systems - 2.7 billion UAH.

The document notes that in addition, the restoration of the reclamation complex provides for the possibility of sending state guarantees and 70% of the proceeds from the purchase of agricultural land plots by farmers.
