Ukrainian farmers strengthen the country's food security
Despite the full-scale war launched in Ukraine by the Russian Federation, Ukrainian farmers are actively working to ensure the food security of the country. Spring field work has started on the fields - winter crops are being fed, and in some places the sowing of spring crops has already begun.
Spring field work is proceeding according to plan where possible with safety for people. Both large and small agricultural producers talk about this in social networks and private conversations.
“Dear colleagues, shareholders and partners. Despite martial law, SFH "ASTRA." is operating normally. We keep calm and recommend you! Management and employees remain in place and in touch. We hope for a speedy end to guilt with minimal losses. We believe in the army and the leadership of the state!” the Facebook page of the agricultural enterprise, which operates in the Poltava region, says.
For the opportunity to work in the field according to the plan, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the workers of the Adelaide farm, who began spring field work in the Kherson region, are grateful.
Khmelnitskoye LLC is actively preparing for the sowing campaign and carrying out spring field work, where it is possible in terms of weather conditions and people's safety.
“At the same time, farmers actively support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the terrorist defense forces involved in humanitarian processes - support for refugees, the local population and infrastructure facilities,” the company noted.
Also, agricultural enterprises actively help the Armed Forces of Ukraine with food.
"Agrarians! Let's help provide the regions where social bread is present!
Our company is ready to do this in Mariupol, we are discussing the transfer of grown wheat for flour with local authorities. The result is stronger!” Harveast Holding noted.
