The Opendatabot service, together with the Notary Chamber of Ukraine, created a register of notaries from all over Ukraine who continue to work despite wartime.

Opendatabot reports this on the Telegram channel.

“Due to martial law, most notary offices are closed. However, in order to evacuate and cross the border of children not with their parents, but with other relatives or proxies, a notarized consent of the parents is required.

The page with the register of notaries will be updated daily. For Ukrainians, a list of notaries, their contacts and working hours are available. The notaries in the list are sorted by cities and districts,” the message says.
