Poultry meat exports up 5.8% in 2021

In 2021, Ukraine exported 460.7 thousand tons of poultry meat and edible by-products, which is 5.8% more than in comparison with the previous year.
This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service.
In monetary terms, exports for 2021 amounted to $719.2 million, which is 28.3% more than in 2020.
The top buyers of domestic poultry meat and edible offal in 2021 were Saudi Arabia ($190.2 million), the Netherlands ($137.5 million) and Slovakia ($40.1 million).
Last year, Koreans inspected poultry production in Ukraine.
By the way, from January 1, 2022, Uzbekistan zeroed out the duty on imports of poultry meat.
