Export licenses will be issued within 24 hours

The government has updated the list of goods whose export requires licensing and the list of goods for which export is restricted.

The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko announced this in his telegram channel.

He recalled that licensing is necessary for:

– wheat and mixtures of wheat and rye (meslin);

– corn;

– meat of domestic chickens;

– eggs of domestic hens;

– sunflower oil.

To obtain a license, manufacturers must submit to the Ministry of Economy (tradedefence@me.gov.ua diravka@me.gov.ua) in electronic form:

– an application for issuance of a gratuitous license in the form approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine dated 09.09.2009 No. 991 "On the procedure for licensing the export of goods" (registration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 06.10.2009 No. 937/16953);

– a letter of application for a license (a letter of any form, with a request to issue a license);

– any available document confirming the delivery (contract, etc.).

The request will be processed no longer than within 24 hours.

The conclusion of phytosanitary certificates can be obtained at any institution where the relevant examination is carried out.

The minister also recalled that during martial law, the government banned the export of: oats, millet, buckwheat, sugar, salt, rye, cattle, meat and offal from cattle. In relation to other goods, exports take place in the right regime of peacetime.
