Korea is interested in the export of Ukrainian poultry meat and products from it
Korean specialists inspected Ukrainian enterprises - food producers interested in exporting poultry meat and products from it to the territory of the Republic of Korea. This was reported by the press service of the State Food Service.
“The market of the Republic of Korea is very promising and interesting for Ukrainian producers of livestock products, who are waiting for its opening. For Ukrainian business, these are new opportunities that will contribute to the development of the industry and the economy as a whole, ”said the head of the State Consumer Service Vladislava Magaletskaya.
Representatives of the Competent Authority of the Republic of Korea met with the leadership of the State Food Service, visited the State Research Institute for Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise, three Ukrainian enterprises for the production and processing of poultry meat, as well as the regional department of the State Food and Consumer Service in Kanevsky District.
The Korean side noted the high level of openness of the Ukrainian competent authority and enterprises, their good preparation and willingness to cooperate for the possibility of opening the Korean market for poultry meat and products from it from Ukraine.
After processing the materials provided by the Ukrainian side, writing the report and its approval, the Korean side will provide its requirements for enterprises that can apply for accreditation by the Korean side for exporting poultry products from Ukraine to Korea.
Earlier, Ukraine and the Republic of Korea agreed on certificates for the export of dairy products and processed egg products from Ukraine.
