State Property Fund will change the algorithm for assessing the value of land

The valuation algorithm used by the State Property Fund's electronic land valuation module will be changed.
This was announced by the first deputy head of the State Geocadastre Anatoly Miroshnichenko during a meeting of the 5th Land Headquarters.
According to him, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the State Geocadastre have worked out the entire package of documents necessary to justify and change this algorithm. And soon the State Property Fund will introduce these changes.
“More averaged values will be used, which will prevent cases of unjustified overestimation of the estimated value and, accordingly, the tax payments occurring today,” said Anatoly Miroshnichenko.
