By order of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, documentary, factual and desk audits, which were started before February 24, 2022 and were not completed, have been suspended for the period up to the last day of the calendar month (inclusive) in which martial law will end.

This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Such a stop interrupts the period of the inspection and does not require any additional decisions by the supervisory authority.

Documentary, factual and cameral checks, which were supposed to start from February 24, 2022 and were not started, are postponed to the period until the last day of the calendar month (inclusive), in which the martial law imposed by the Decree will end.

The duration of the periods established by Art. 86 and Art. 56 of the Tax Code of Ukraine has been suspended for the period on the last calendar day of the month (inclusive), in which the martial law imposed by the Decree will end.
