The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the procedure for booking persons liable for military service and informs that the heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations of agricultural industries need to RE-submit documents.

As noted on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, in order to timely conduct a complex of spring-summer field work, ensure the production of agricultural products and food to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and the population, if necessary, send to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on e -mail: mobagro2022@gmail.com:

• a letter with proposals for booking persons liable for military service with the appropriate justification, indicating the e-mail address, contact phone numbers and persons in the form;
• proposals for booking persons liable for military service according to the attached form in Excel format.

For operational processing of materials, files are asked to be named in the format:

1. Year.
2. Moon.
3. Number (when proposals are submitted).
4. Abbreviated name of the organization.
5. Number of workers submitted for booking.

The department is appealing to the heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations of agricultural industries who have already submitted proposals and received an extract from the order of the Ministry of Economy to inform the Ministry of Agrarian Policy within three days of the dismissal of a person liable for military service (exclusion from the lists, transfer to another position) or liquidation of a business entity.
