Ukrainian honey entered the market of Kuwait
Ukrainian creamy honey is available for the first time in Kuwait. This was reported by the Embassy of Kuwait in Ukraine.
“New Ukrainian products have recently been imported to Kuwait and they are becoming more and more popular in the local market. Among them is Ukrainian creamy natural honey, which is sold for the first time under the local Kuwaiti brand Pure Huney.
It is reported that with the primary assistance provided by the Embassy of Ukraine in Kuwait, the Kuwaiti company Pure Global for Trading in Healthy Foods W.L.L. signed an exclusive agreement with a reputable honey producer in Ukraine for the supply of natural cream and unique honey for Kuwait.
It is reported that the said company conducted a global study in many countries and chose Ukrainian natural honey, not combined, not pasteurized and not ultra-filtered.
«According to Pure Global, each batch of honey is tested by the Intertek laboratory (Bremen, Germany) and does not contain residues of antibiotics, pesticides, heavy metals or unauthorized GMOs, supported by the release of the guys' inspection report,” the embassy noted.
The honey, which will be sold under the local Pure Honey brand, is also tested for changes using modern methods such as HMP and HRMS.
It is not specified which manufacturer will supply products to Kuwait.
Recall that in 2021 Ukraine significantly reduced the export of honey.
