In January 2022, the production of lard and other rendered pork fat in Ukraine reached 754.3 tons, which is 10.8% less than in the same period last year.

This is evidenced by the data of the State Statistics Service.

The amount of stocks of lard and other pork fat in the warehouses of manufacturing enterprises by the end of January was at the level of 445.7 tons.
