The government of Ukraine will buy grain and other food supplies in the amount of annual consumption by the whole country at the expense of the state budget. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmihal in a video message.
“We are creating a food reserve. The state will redeem grain and other stocks in the volumes of annual consumption by the whole country at the expense of the state budget. This will allow us to provide the country with a sufficient amount of food,” he stressed.
The head of government also said that the authorities continue to expand the list of critical imports and support the operation of critical infrastructure, do everything to ensure that our army and rear are best provided.
“We will win. Do not doubt. And then we will build a new, strong and happy Ukraine. Our cities in the north, east and south will flourish again. Our people will return, they will return to their new, rebuilt homes and homes,” Shmihal said.
