People's deputies urged Ukrainian farmers to start spring field work

People's deputies of Ukraine, members of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy, said that Ukrainian farmers will be forced to sow under enemy missiles - there is simply no other way out.
The corresponding statement was posted on the website of the Verkhovna Rada on March 8, 2022.
“On the 13th day of the war, we shout to the whole world - close the sky over Ukraine or give us the opportunity to do it ourselves!
We are strong on our land, but we continue to be defenseless in the sky.
Every day the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the territorial defense are doing incredible things to protect Ukraine from the aggression of the Russian Federation.
But the war is on, the enemy is raging and continues to pour blood on our land.
In global markets against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, there was a panic over grain. Grain prices have reached their historical maximum.
The food crisis around the world is already inevitable, and we are forced to start spring field work under the aggressor's missiles - there is simply no other way out.
Despite the military aggression of the enemy, farmers simply have to work and will continue to do so.
We understand that the food security of the state is only in our hands,” the message says.
