In the Kiev region, an entrepreneur grows 200 varieties of tomatoes
Housewife Ekaterina Boyko from Belaya Tserkov, Kiev region, grows 200 varieties of tomatoes, 50 varieties of peppers, favorite porridge pumpkins and cabbage. The woman received the desire to take care of plants from childhood.

According to the entrepreneur, she asked her grandmother about the growing conditions and characteristics of the varieties, some of which she kept from her childhood. With age, this curiosity only grew. Usually, a woman always grew tomatoes in the country, and only when she bought her house, she was able to fulfill her dream.
“Now I have 200 varieties of tomatoes, 50 varieties of peppers, my favorite pumpkins, delicious cabbage and a sea of flowers. Collecting seeds is a mysterious process that does not trust anyone. After all, so many different varieties need to be labeled and not to be confused, properly dried, packaged and stored. My seeds are scattered all over Ukraine and even beyond its borders, ”says the hostess.
In the woman's collection there are 26 varieties of low tomatoes, different tastes and colors, they do not have to be tied up, you can lay straw and collect record harvests. There is also a whole cohort of exotics: striped, black, chocolate, green-fruited, usually sweet and mysteriously beautiful. The hostess also has a lot of heart-shaped tomatoes, there are all possible colors.
“I love sweet and bitter peppers, but I plant hot peppers in my dacha, in another village, so as not to spoil the sweet, I have 50 varieties of this respected vegetable,” admits Ekaterina Boyko.
Despite being busy with the housework, our interlocutor willingly shares her experience, advice with others through her Facebook page. Sometimes he even spends common seeding with virtual friends, planting seedlings.
