On December 31, an order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy came into force, which approved quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources of national importance in fishery water bodies (their parts) (except for the Sea of ​​Azov with bays) in 2022

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy, by order of December 28, 2021, No. 474, approved quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources of national importance in fishery water bodies (their parts) (except for the Sea of ​​Azov with bays) in 2022.

The State Agency for Land Reclamation and Fisheries of Ukraine was instructed to:

1) send messages to users of aquatic biological resources on establishing the share of extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources specified in the quotas for extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources approved by this order, submit the distribution of quotas for extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for individual users of aquatic biological resources and fishery (their parts) regional, Kiev city state administrations;

2) ensure control over the use of the approved quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources and the established limits and forecasts of the permissible special use of aquatic biological resources and the implementation, if necessary, of the redistribution of quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

All users of aquatic biological resources, regardless of their form of ownership, need to submit to the State Agency for Land Reclamation and Fisheries of Ukraine and statistics bodies information on the volumes of procurement (catch) of aquatic biological resources within a certain time frame according to established forms.

The order entered into force on December 31, 2021 in connection with its publication in the "Official Gazette of Ukraine" dated December 31, 2021 No. 100.
