Horsch upgraded the Joker disc harrow
Horsch has revamped the Joker disc harrow, which debuted on the market back in 2008.
This is reported by the grainews.ca edition.
Horsch notes that the updated RX is a completely new platform, which is a version of the fourth generation of the Joker line. This technique allows you to maximize the efficiency of soil cultivation.
The new Joker RX are available in working widths from 6 to 12 m. The RX models use a new single arm design, each holding a separate disc blade, 66% stronger than previous models.
The harrow also features heavy-duty, low-maintenance bearings that help keep implements in a more precise position and angle, allowing them to more aggressively chop and mix crop residues with soil for faster decomposition.
In addition, a new Vortex scraper has become available for the Joker RX. It is available as an option, has a specialized concave shape and allows for more aggressive vertical soil treatment.
The new reinforced Ring-Flex roller now replaces the previous version of the Roll-Flex. It offers great flexibility as some rings can be removed in extreme wet conditions to minimize soil build-up and blockages.
