The Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko signed an order, according to which the operation of agricultural equipment is allowed without registration, provided for by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 694 (dated July 8, 2009).

He announced this in his telegram channel.

This applies in particular to:

• tractors;
• self-propelled chassis;
• self-propelled agricultural, road-building and land reclamation machines;
• other agricultural machines and their components of domestic and foreign production.

“Dear farmers. Our task is to ensure that the agro-industrial complex runs smoothly and without delays. And field work-2022 took place as expected. Therefore, for the near future, you do not need to delve into the question “what documents should be used to formalize the work of agricultural machinery?” and “how to pay taxes on the registration of equipment?”. Everything later. After martial law is terminated throughout Ukraine or in its individual areas, the owners will be required to register (re-register) the car within 90 days,” Roman Leshchenko emphasized.
