Domestic special equipment has successfully replaced the occupant's cars on the market
Today, GAZ cars produced in the Russian Federation are not sold in Ukraine. Their place on the trading floors was taken by analogues under the brand HDC (HDC) (commercial and truck chassis made in Ukraine) and Belava (chassis of a commercial and cargo group made in Belarus). Dump trucks based on the GAZ chassis are also successfully operating.

In 2021, the most popular model of the Koshmanovets dump truck with three-way unloading from Tekhkomplekt based on GAZ (HDC) makes up 75% of all produced trucks with a GAZ Next self-dumping body.
At the end of 2020, the number of special vehicles based on GAZ showed an increase of 7% compared to 2019. The share of GAZ chassis in all special vehicles of the Tekhkomplekt plant for 2020 amounted to 21%.
At the end of 2021, the number of special vehicles based on GAZ has already more than doubled compared to the previous year. The share of GAZ chassis in all special vehicles of the Tekhkomplekt plant for 2021 is 24%.
