Almost 400 Ukrainian food producers will take part in the auction for the purchase of natural gas for March
395 business entities specializing in the production of socially significant food products were admitted to participate in the exchange auctions for the sale of natural gas produced by private companies for March at a discounted price. This was announced during a press conference on February 11 by First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky, the press service of the ministry reported.
At the same time, he recalled, according to the results of trading on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange, 15.6 million m³ of natural gas were sold to the needs of producers in January-February. This procedure was used by 256 manufacturers of various forms of ownership.
T. Vysotsky also clarified that next month's gas sales are scheduled for February 15-16.
