Container train left from Ukraine to China bypassing Kazakhstan

On Thursday, January 6, a container train with lumber departed from Kiev to the Chinese city of Jinan. The train will take a new route - through the territory of Mongolia instead of the territory of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Center for Transport Technologies.
In particular, the train will pass through Belgorod (Russia), Naushki (Russia), Zamin Uud / Erlian (Mongolia / China). The final point of the route, Jinan City, is located in the Chinese province of Shandong, about 400 km south of Beijing.
“43 loaded containers on 31 platforms have been sent to China from our country,” added Evgeny Balashov, director of the shipping company EU Trans.
