A. Stavnitser confirmed that the Ministry of Infrastructure has found new deep water routes. "In the near future, the State Hydrography will issue an official statement stating that the depths of more than 15 m have been confirmed and the ports can operate as usual," he said.
Andrey Klimenko, project manager at the Black Sea Strategic Research Institute, added that some ships continue to follow the traditional custom route, that is, through the exercise area closed by the Russian Federation.
