Odessavinprom plant was privatized for UAH 300 million
The plant "Odessaavinprom" was sold at an auction for 234.9 million hryvnia, another 47 million hryvnia of the auction wins paid VAT. This was announced by the head of the regional fund of the State Property Agency Alexander Slavsky.
According to him, this is the largest sale and purchase agreement in the Odessa region and the fourth largest small privatization auction in Ukraine over the past 2 years.
“As you can see, the auction is the culmination, but not the final stage of privatization. After that, the potential winner was checked for compliance with the law (in particular, not associated with the aggressor state and not registered in offshore zones), then the winner had a month to sign the purchase and sale agreement and another month to complete the full payment, ”he wrote.
After the order to complete the privatization, the Regional Department of the Fund only monitors the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement, namely: maintaining the profile of activities (production of grape wines) and social guarantees for 3 years, as well as the fact of concluding a protection agreement for an architectural monument (building of the State Farmvintrest, 1895, architect - Vlodek L.L.).
