The only mineral water in Ukraine was found in the Mykolaiv region

In the urban-type settlement Kazanka in the Nikolaev region, during scientific research, a unique mineral water was found, which has no analogues in Ukraine.
The head of the department for tourism and resorts of the Nikolaev regional state administration Tatyana Volynets noted that the availability of the above resources will expand the scope of the tourist season and carry out the recovery of tourists on the coasts of the region.
“The territorial community had no idea that it had such wealth before. People there were very surprised and now they are actively involved in creating investment projects around this resource, ”said the head of the department.
It is also noted that the Nikolaev region has increased its tourist potential due to medicinal sources. According to the results of the tourist season in 2021, the indicators of tourist tax receipts have almost doubled, as compared to last year - from UAH 2.8 million to UAH 5.42 million.
