A new type of coffee has been patented in Ukraine
The new author's drink "Lavender coffee" was created by the Ukrainian company DCG caffe. The company not only sells coffee with lavender, but also teaches baristas of various establishments to properly prepare a drink. In addition, DCG caffe produces and delivers other craft coffees, teas, cheeses, jams and grocery sets.
“The brand holds a patent for the preparation of an author's drink and is responsible for its exclusivity and uniqueness. "Lavender coffee" is a drink that has been the leader among the prepared drinks of the coffee card in DeCoupaGe cafe and partner establishments for several years already. Its base is DCG's own roasted coffee, lactose-free milk and natural lavender color. Today, about 15 institutions in Kiev use the opportunity to prepare an exclusive drink according to a patented recipe. Compliance with a clear technology for preparing the author's drink guarantees that the unusual taste will interest the consumer and make him a regular guest of the establishment,” the company's website says.
In addition, DCG caffe offers craft sets for making “Coffee in Ukrainian” and “Coffee in Moroccan.” The first set, in addition to coffee, includes caramelized orange, honey, red pepper and, of course, a map for a unique coffee recipe. Moroccan "includes coffee, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger. In addition to printed instructions, DCG caffe offers consumers video tutorials on how to make unique drinks.
In all types of coffee the company uses only arabica, which is roasted in two ways – "fluid bed" ("boiling ball" technology) and in a roaster (metal drum).
