In the Poltava region, the beekeeper produces craft products
Tatiana Senchuk is a beekeeper of the Poltava region, who continues a long family tradition: her family has been beekeepers for three generations. The apiary already has 2 directions of production: brood-hatching and obtaining a variety of beekeeping products. They make honey drinks, various honey mixtures: honey with royal jelly, honey with pollen, honey with propolis and others.

About 10 years ago, Tatiana Senchuk, together with her husband, joined the family business. In 2018, she founded the TM "Family Apiary Senchuk", which offers various types of honey and honey drinks.
During the pandemic crisis, the entrepreneur started working online. At this time, at the most difficult time, Tatiana began her studies at the GESI Winter School, founded by the Ukrainian Food Valley platform with the support of the USAID-AGRO Program.
“We are expanding the boundaries of sales, went online and now our honey is sold in a beekeeping shop in Poltava. I am sure that in time we will reach the shelves and large retail chains, ”says Tatiana.
In terms of manufacturers - increasing volumes and exporting.
“I want my dream to create a modern certified workshop for pumping honey, packing and processing bee products come true. And we are already working on this - we have built a room, we are purchasing equipment, we have been trained in HACCP certification, and we have gained new knowledge at the GESI Winter School. But there is still room for development, ”added Tatiana Senchuk.
