The craft company "Dom Jam" is redesigning to produce pickles through the global trend to reduce sugar consumption.

Olena Gashinskaya, the founder of the company, told about this in an interview with the magazine "Gardening in Ukrainian".

According to the businesswoman, the company plans to produce pickles: squash and eggplant caviar, lecho, tomato sauces, adjika, etc. They will also change the name, identity, design, move away from the association with sugar.

"Rows against the global trend - reducing sugar consumption is stupid and hard," Elena Gashinskaya explained.

The company annually produces 20-25 thousand cans of canned vegetables. The business has been profitable for all 7 years. 2021 was the most difficult year, so it could end at zero.
