The Ministry of Infrastructure signs five-year contracts with the heads of three state-owned ports
The Ministry of Infrastructure has signed contracts for a period of five years with the directors of the State Enterprise "Berdyansk Commercial Sea Port", the State Enterprise "Nikolaev Sea Commercial Port" and the State Enterprise "Reni Sea Commercial Port". This was reported by Ukrinform with reference to the press service of the ministry.
It is noted that the contracts were concluded with the winners of competitions for positions after approval by the government and the heads of the relevant local state administrations.
“In recent years, the heads of many enterprises in the industry have worked in the status of acting. So far, the Ministry's team is working to change this situation. Over the past 5 years, for the first time, following the results of competitions, several five-year contracts have been concluded at once, and this work continues in all enterprises where there are no permanent managers. It is the long-term contracts that allow the heads of state stevedores to fully implement the development strategies of enterprises, ”said Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Yuriy Vaskov.
Olga Saminina, Director of the State Enterprise "Berdyansk Commercial Sea Port", was the chief specialist of the department of state supervision and control of sea and river transport in the Maritime Administration. Previously, she held the position of Deputy Head of the Kherson Branch of the State Enterprise "Administration of the Seaports of Ukraine". He has over 20 years of experience in the port industry.
Director of SE "Nikolaev Sea Trade Port" Alexander Medvedik has been acting director of the Nikolaev port since August this year. Has experience in. O. Deputy Director for Operations of SE "MTP" Chornomorsk ". For 20 years he worked in various positions in the port of Nikolaev. He was in charge of private stevedoring companies.
Director of the SE "Reni Commercial Sea Port" Maxim Ignatenko since February 2021 held the position of acting. Director of the State Enterprise "Reni Commercial Sea Port". He worked as a lawyer, held managerial positions in construction companies.
