The quality of milk from MTF is growing steadily - the results of the ІІІ quarter 2021

The quality of industrial milk supplied for processing, according to the State Statistics Service, continues to improve.

So, the volume of extrasort for 9 months. In 2021, it grew by 6.8% against the same period in 2020 and reached 716 thousand tons, which corresponds to 31.1% in the total structure.

The volume of milk supplied for processing of the highest grade increased by 1.4% – up to 658.8 thousand and is 28.6% in the total structure.

Deliveries of the first grade decreased by almost a quarter – to 823.7 thousand tons (35.7% in the structure of supplies for processing), and the second – by 15.2% – to 99.2 thousand tons (4.3% in the total structure).

We remind you that according to the Minagro Order No. 118 "On Approval of Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Milk and Dairy Products" (as amended on ) cells (CSK) up to 400 thousand / ml, total bacterial contamination (ZBP) up to 100 thousand / ml).

From 01.01.2023, only milk that meets the parameters of extra and premium grade (KSK up to 400 thousand / ml, reinforced concrete products up to 300 thousand / ml) will be allowed for food processing.
